What We Do

At Shire Land Agents, we work with landowners providing clear, professional and independent advice.

With extensive experience in property development and construction, we are able to uncover potential that others may overlook — always focused on delivering the best possible outcome for our clients.

Case Studies

Proven results for land owners with successful planning & redevelopment outcomes

Glaven Road

We identified redevelopment potential on land adjacent to an existing property and secured planning permission for a new dwelling, maximising site value through a focused planning and design strategy. The project was delivered effeciently, with construction completed within seven months.

Tring Road

After multiple refused planning applications we developed a strategic planning approach that secured planning permision for a three-bedroom home, significantly increasing the value of the land before sale to a developer

Birches Farm

This redundant agricultural barn had planning permission for a single dwelling, but the scheme lacked financial viability. By redesigning the proposal we secured a two-dwelling scheme that significantly improved the projects financial return and overall land value.

Copse Farm

We assisted the landowner with a pre application. The land was then sold at a premium as it removed a portion of risk for the developer, to all them to obtain funding.
